We must take decisive action to reduce the burden of mismanagement, waste, and abuse at every level. To that end, Winslow residents deserve honesty and clarity from those entrusted with their children’s education. Ben will:
- Ensure that school decisions—from budgets to discipline—are made openly and with community input.
- Require clear communication between schools and families, so parents are never left in the dark.
- Hold all stakeholders—teachers, administrators, board members—accountable for student outcomes and ethical conduct.
End Abuse & Protect Vulnerable Students
No child should suffer mistreatment in a place meant to nurture them. Ben will:
- Advocate for trauma-informed practices and stronger protections for students with disabilities, behavioral health needs, or marginalized backgrounds.
- Push for real consequences—not quiet transfers—for those who harm or neglect students.
- Empower families to report concerns safely and ensure they’re heard and respected.
Stop Waste & Champion Fiscal Responsibility
Your tax dollars should go directly toward improving schools—not lining pockets or funding inefficiency. Ben will:
- Support rigorous audits and oversight to eliminate fraud, waste, and abuse.
- Redirect misused funds toward programs that benefit students and teachers.
- Promote budget transparency so families can see how resources are being used—and why.
Foster a Culture of Excellence
Every child deserves a school that inspires them to lead, learn, and grow. Ben will:

Outdated facilities send the wrong message to our kids. Ben will:

- Advocate for safe, clean, and inspiring environments where students can thrive.
Stay Present & End the Revolving Door of Ineffective Leadership

- End the cycle of turnover and dysfunction by demanding results and rewarding excellence.
